Committed the blunder of paying for business class on PNQ to MAA 14 May 2026, PNR JCF3YX. No priority check-in. No Lounge access. No onboard meal. Customer care says they will 'improve services' based on my feedback. Is this normal?

Escalated to Nadia, supervisor. She said that the employee was not trained properly for T3. The guy has ONE JOB. If he does not have the IQ for it, why is he employed and torturing passengers?? How can something as simple as this not have a SOP??

@HeathrowAirport Nightmare at Terminal 3. 6.04 AM, 04 April 2026. Lane 9. The security employer made us drink 750 ml of water as it was in a metal bottle! No signage that you cannot carry it. Refused to let me dispose it. Refused to let me return and redo security.

@nationalexpress I am in the national express bus that departed from@leeds for London today at 1830. Horrible first experience. I paid extra for a reserved seat only to be told by the driver that there are no reservations. He did not have the patience to even see my ticket!

I had booked a package for pick up on 25 dec from Bangalore. Paid Rs 3175 for air delivery of 10 kgs.promised delivery 2-3 days. Today is 30 - 5 days. 3 emails to [email protected]. No response- not even an acknowledgment.

@DTDCIndia Why was I promised a 25 December pick up and delivery in 2-3 days and made to pay ₹3175 .. if you were planning to deliver in 7 days??? Delhivery is delivering for 800 rs in 3 days!!
