KVN Productions has met with the Tamil Nadu distributors, and both parties have reached an agreement.

✅ KVN Productions will bear the bank interest incurred by the distributors due to the postponement.

✅ The deal has been revised from a ₹105 crore MG (Minimum Guarantee) model to a ₹90 crore distribution model.

In an MG deal, the distributor bears the financial risk, whereas in a distribution deal, the producer bears the risk.

Instead, KVN Productions requested that the distribution commission be reduced from 12% to 8%, and the distributors have agreed.

The production house has also assured the distributors that if #JanaNayagan fails to recover the distribution amount, they will compensate them through #Toxic.

As of now, the film is planning for a July 23, 2026 theatrical release 💯 🔥.
