@RelianceDigital Hi, I have attached the screenshot of the solution in main post, which your CEO help desk has give. Which is take full refund or pay first the difference amount to get the higher model delivered. So hope this time I will get a practical solution not a one side final decision.

@RelianceDigital Hi, 701958152 is the complaint number that your CEO help desk has given. You can use this to check the case.

but your team and CEO Desk are insisting on advance payment first. This is extremely disappointing and unfair treatment for a customer who has already waited for more than 7 months. Kindly intervene and help resolve this issue fairly.

Now your team says the original model cannot be arranged and is asking me either to take refund after 7+ months or pay extra ₹8.6K for higher model. After 2 damaged deliveries, I requested to pay the difference amount at the time of delivery,

@mpeastdiscom, on the auspicious occasion of Diwali a transformer from Ramdev Nagar has been taken down and on requesting the staff is denying to put it back. We do understand the intent but i have regularly paid my bills. Plz look into this request. Plz Help @ChouhanShivraj
