@DelhiJalBoard@CMODelhi Hello this is the condition of drinking water, you are supplying right now, 07-07-2026 at 5.30 P.M.. will you wake up? This is criminal. You are playing with people's Health.
Hello Chief minister Madam
Why actions are not taken against criminal employees?
After almost seven days of receiving dirty water in Lajpat Nagar-I, it appears that the Delhi Jal Board @DelhiJalBoard has finally taken corrective action.
My appeal to the Chief Minister @CMODelhi to take serious note of this issue. People's health and lives matter. Those responsible for allowing such a situation to persist should be held accountable, and negligent employees should not go unpunished. Citizens deserve safe and clean drinking water at all times.

@DelhiJalBoard@CMODelhi Earlier also I have given you details. it's C-Block, Lajpat Nagar -1, Delhi. Do some work instead of doing Netagiri. Whole area is suffered and you are searching Address.
It is always a pleasure to work with young professionals who combine talent with humility. Ms. Asmita Sahay, consistently demonstrated exceptional legal acumen, strong work ethics, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. She has been one of the finest junior associates I have had the privilege to mentor. I wish her a brilliant and fulfilling legal career ahead!!!
When the country is facing concerns over inflation, unemployment, repeated exam paper leaks, questions about the independence of institutions including the judiciary, and allegations of governments being formed through defections encouraged by the poaching of MPs and MLAs, it feels out of touch for the Prime Minister to be quoting a web series dialogue like "Sun rahe ho na, Vinod... kaam bolta hai." People expect the country's highest office to speak more about solutions than punchlines.
India still faces difficult questions on several global indicators, including the Human Development Index, Global Hunger Index, Press Freedom Index, Democracy Index, Gender Gap Index, and Corruption Perceptions Index. At such a time, citizens have every right to expect accountability, stronger institutions, and measurable improvements in their daily lives. Leadership is remembered not for viral dialogues, but for the trust it builds and the results it delivers.
A Prime Minister is expected to be a Statesman, not merely a politician.

Can’t agree more.
The Supreme Court of India has been at the forefront of judicial innovation through initiatives such as e-filing, live-streaming of Constitution Bench proceedings, AI-assisted translations, and strengthening the Supreme Court Reports (SCR). As a further step towards enhancing access to justice, the Court may consider attaching a brief, official, non-binding summary or “syllabus” to important judgments, clearly stating the facts, issues, holdings, ratio decidendi, and operative directions, with an express disclaimer that it forms no part of the judgment and has no precedential value. Such an initiative would improve public understanding, assist lawyers and lower courts, reduce misreporting, and make the Court’s jurisprudence more accessible without affecting the authority or binding nature of its judgments.

What stops #SupremeCourtOfIndia from having a "syllabus" like this (by @USSupremeCourt ) attached to important judgments ?
SCR is doing something close to this. But why not attach it to main judgment itself?
This would mean a huge blow to private law reporters (like us).
But still, why not?
An Open Letter to the Management of @LinkedIn
Dear Leadership Team,
LinkedIn has earned global respect as the premier professional networking platform. It is a place where careers are built, businesses connect, ideas are exchanged, and professionals learn from one another. For millions of users, LinkedIn is not simply another social media application—it is an essential professional ecosystem.
It is therefore disappointing to see the increasing emphasis on games, puzzles, and the automated notifications associated with them. Features such as Zip, Pinpoint, Queens, and similar activities may appear harmless, but they represent a gradual shift away from the platform's core identity.
Professionals visit LinkedIn to search for opportunities, recruit talent, build networks, share expertise, engage in thoughtful discussions, and stay informed about developments in their industries. They do not expect to receive repeated notifications informing them that someone in their professional network has completed a puzzle or achieved a score in a game.
Such notifications consume attention without creating professional value. More importantly, they risk normalizing the same engagement tactics that characterize entertainment-focused social media platforms. LinkedIn became successful precisely because it stood apart from them.
A professional platform should inspire learning, innovation, collaboration, entrepreneurship, and meaningful conversations—not encourage habits designed primarily to increase time spent on the application.
If increasing user engagement is the objective, there are far more valuable alternatives:
a. Improve job discovery and recruitment tools.
b. Strengthen professional learning and certification opportunities.
c. Promote high-quality research, legal, scientific, technological, and business discussions.
d. Enhance mentorship and networking initiatives.
e. Provide better support for entrepreneurs, researchers, educators, and young professionals.
f. Improve the quality and relevance of professional recommendations and industry insights.
Equally important is respecting users' autonomy. Features unrelated to professional networking should always be **opt-in**, not enabled by default. No professional should be subjected to unnecessary notifications unless they have consciously chosen to receive them.
Professionals value their time. Every unnecessary notification interrupts concentration, productivity, and meaningful engagement. In today's world, attention is one of the most valuable resources, and a platform built for professionals should safeguard it rather than compete for it.
LinkedIn has set the global benchmark for professional networking. That reputation should be protected with care. Short-term engagement metrics should never come at the cost of long-term trust and professional credibility.
I respectfully urge the leadership of LinkedIn to reconsider the growing emphasis on gamification and to reaffirm the platform's founding mission: empowering professionals, facilitating meaningful connections, and advancing careers through knowledge, opportunity, and collaboration.
The professional community does not seek another entertainment platform. It seeks a platform worthy of the trust that professionals around the world have placed in LinkedIn.

@drm_dli@RailwaySeva As usual both numbers provided are not answered. You are doing time pass at the cost of people money. You know when you will fall in line, when people will have direct power to fire and punish you.
Hi @IRCTCofficial , I tried Booking wheel chair through your portal, but it says service unavailable now, try later. So I want a wheel chair for my mother in law, who is a senior citizen, travelling from Bhadrakh to New Delhi, at Anand Vihar, New Delhi Railway station tomorrow (28-06-2026) at the time of arrival on NandanKanan express around 3 p.m. please revert @irctc_app@RailMinIndia
The issue is simple: if the Railway cannot even arrange a wheelchair through its portal, it is a matter of serious concern. Accessibility is not a privilege; it is a basic public service.
What is even more disappointing is the attitude. Public servants are appointed to serve citizens with dignity and respect, not to misbehave with them. Holding a government job is not a licence to intimidate or insult the very people whose taxes fund the system.
When I raised this issue with IRCTC, instead of receiving assistance, I received phone calls from officials who behaved discourteously. Such conduct is unacceptable and only reinforces the perception that accountability is missing.
The Railways must not only improve its service system but also ensure that its officials treat every citizen with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy. It is time to move away from a feudal mindset and embrace a citizen-first approach. Public office is a public trust, not a position of privilege.
Please look into this matter and take appropriate action against those responsible.@AshwiniVaishnaw@IRCTCofficial@RailMinIndia@irctc_app

Railway can't arrange a wheel chair through its portal, what a shame!!! moreover you guys don't understand you are here to serve the citizens not to misbehave with them.Getting a job in Railway is not a license to misbehave with the masters. Get rid of the mediaeval mindset fast.
@RailwaySeva@drm_dli A man who called now after my query, he was claiming, that talking from Indian railway and was completely misbehaving @AshwaniVaishnaw . Please see
Clearly reported by @htTweets on 3rd June 2026, that C-Block, Lajpat Nagar -1 residents provided dirty water and still you are sleeping and on my post on X , you are behaving as if you are clueless. Hello @DelhiJalBoard
The water supply in Lajpat Nagar is extremely dirty and unfit for use, have been facing this issue for quite some time, yet no effective action seems to have been taken.
How long will you remain in a Kumbhakarna-like slumber before addressing this serious public health concern? wake up and take immediate steps to ensure a clean and safe water supply for the residents of Lajpat Nagar.
@Ceo_djb@CMODelhi

C- BLOCK, Lajpat Nagar -1. How come you don't know this and you expect Residents to complain. Once you are on job, it's your duty to check, can't sit idle till people suffered and complain. Our People didn't complain against foreign invaders and Britishers understood!!! But you can't wait till a complain is made. And you noticed my complain after 2 days! Remarkable!
A classic example of how perseverance can defeat injustice.
In a landmark judgment delivered on 1 June 2026, the Supreme Court held that a Night Guard of the Department of Posts, who served for nearly 36 years under temporary status, could not be denied pension merely because the Government failed to regularise his service. After his death, his widow, Smt. Bhikhani Devi, continued the battle for justice when the Government refused to grant family pension.
The Supreme Court firmly held that pension is a constitutional and statutory right and that an employee cannot be deprived of it because of the employer’s own failure to complete formalities such as regularisation.
This judgment carries an important message for thousands of Odisha teachers and employees fighting Grant-in-Aid cases in Supreme Court and in Odisha Courts. Governments often rely on technicalities, procedural delays, verification exercises, and administrative inaction to deny legitimate benefits. But this judgment reminds us that substantive rights cannot be defeated by bureaucratic excuses.
Therefore, do not lose heart. Fight every stage of the battle. Pursue every legal remedy. Keep a vigilant watch on the Government’s verification process and implementation measures. Justice may be delayed, but persistent and determined litigation can ultimately prevail.
The lesson from Bhikhani Devi’s struggle is simple: Never surrender a rightful claim because the Government says “No”. Stand firm, fight to the fullest, and finish the fight. Rights are rarely handed over voluntarily; they must be asserted and secured through perseverance and lawful struggle.

Since we regularly purchase fresh vegetables, fruits, milk products, and other food items through your platform @amazon .we would like to know what quality-control measures are in place to ensure food safety. Specifically, do you test or verify these products for pesticide residues, chemical contaminants, or other potentially harmful substances, considering that such concerns are common in the food supply chain in our Country India? @amazonIN@amazon@fssaiindia
A strong SLP under Article 136 can be filed challenging this judgment Dated 29.05.2026 probably under following grounds @madhukishwar
1. The anticipatory bail can’t be denied merely on the gravity and public sensitivity of allegations without demonstrating a real necessity for custodial interrogation.
2. Hon’ble High Court erred in treating “custodial interrogation” as a formulaic ground without recording specific reasons showing why interrogation while on bail would be ineffective.
3. reposting or re-sharing already circulating digital content, absent proof of fabrication or conspiracy, do not justify denial of anticipatory bail.
4. High Court failed to apply the constitutional requirement of balancing free political speech with criminal law restrictions and failed to apply the “bail not jail” principle in offences predominantly based on documentary/electronic evidence.
5. Impugned Judgment is Disproportionate & Against Arnesh Kumar Principles.
6. Hon’ble High Court failed to balance fundamental rights (Art 19(1)(a) + Art 21), and employed a hyper- technical approach to a retweet.
