@Lencare_In After finally getting my laptop fixed from the centre - it now says that the windows is not genuine because it is not recognizing it as same laptop. The windows was loaded there. Can we please close this loop?

@Lencare_In I would have been better off just living with the broken keyboard. It’s not even connecting with my monitor. How will this be helped? Again, the laptop hardware was damaged by the engineer the first time he changed.

@Lencare_In My experience with lenovo could not have been worse. Now after 2 days after ssd change, my windows was updated and I was able to use my laptop. And guess what, it is still slow. This service just destroyed my laptop.
