कल दिल्ली में हुई घटनाओं से मन दुखी भी है और गर्व से भरा भी।

हमें अब पारंपरिक राजनीति से ऊपर उठकर 'करुणामय शासन' (Compassionate Governance) की आवश्यकता है। करुणा दया या सहानुभूति नहीं, बल्कि दूसरों की पीड़ा को अपनी तकलीफ की तरह महसूस करके संवाद बनाना और निष्पक्ष समाधान निकालना है।

जब मैं दुनिया भर में करुणा के वैश्वीकरण (Globalisation of Compassion) के लिए कार्यरत हूँ, तो अपने देश की सरकार और समाज से भी यही अपेक्षा करता हूँ कि वे इन बच्चों के साथ तुरंत करुणामय संवाद और समाधान का मार्ग अपनाएं।

The protestors were reportedly responding to the call of the satirical online platform, the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), to march to Parliament. The CJP has been conducting a sit-in protest since June 20 at Jantar Mantar, from where Sonam Wangchuk, fasting since June 28, was forcibly taken to a hospital on Saturday.

But the protestors were arguably responding to more than one fast or one platform. They were rallying behind the issue that is being highlighted — the urgent need to reform a broken education system, beset with exam leaks, delays and irregularities, which leads, in turn, to swelling the ranks of the unemployed. spokespersons of the CJP. आज दिल्ली की सड़कों पर जो हुआ वो निर्भया और अन्ना आंदोलन से कहीं कहीं बड़ा है। क्योंकि यह एक बेहद ‘मज़बूत’ सरकार के बावजूद हुआ। ऐसी सरकार जो आंदोलन करने पर ‘मज़बूत’ फ़ैसले ले लेती है। उस मज़बूती का मज़बूती से विरोध हुआ। इसलिए यह अन्ना और निर्भया से बड़ा मामला है।

स्कूलों में टीचर से कहा जाता है कि आप बच्चों पर छड़ी नहीं चला सकते। उन्हीं बच्चों पर पुलिस लाठी चला रही थी। शहर देख रहा था। बच्चों के माँ बाप और उनके व्हाट्स एप अंकिल चुपचाप देख रहे थे। पेपर लीक करने वाले आज पार्टी मना रहे होंगे। मनाओ तुम लोग। अभी धर्म का मुद्दा खोजा जा रहा होगा ताकी गोदी ऐंकर धर्म रक्षक बन कर चिल्लाने आ जाएँ। जनता को पता है गोदी मालिक, गोदी ऐंकर, गोदी संपादक अपने पेशे के धर्म की रक्षा कभी कर ही नहीं सकते।अख़बारों की हेडलाइन कैसे मैनेज होगी? लिख कर दे दिया गया है या ख़ुद से लिख लेंगे?
