@FedExHelp We were literally told by your staff that if we aren’t happy waiting until they get caught up that we should use @UPS. You don’t have to convince us.

@FedEx How can a package make it across country in two days and we cannot receive, nor pick it up locally for two days? This is a consistent issue. Although we paid for delivery, we offered to pick them up yesterday and were denied again today as they are on “closure trailers.”

@FedExHelp Our options when we tried to pickup the boxes yesterday were that they would try to “trap” the packages this morning. Our option today is that they can try to “trap” them tomorrow morning. @USPS and @UPS delivering normally. Derrick at the Topeka, KS ground office has the info.
