Did you know synthetic fibers shed microplastics into the water supply?
Every time you wash your clothes made from plastic they are shedding into our water🚿 💦 😣

Studies have linked microplastics to chronic inflammation, cellular damage & potentially even cardiovascular complications!🫀

Because of this, over the last year I’ve made a HUGE effort to start shifting my wardrobe toward natural fibers & socks were such an easy starting point. It’s so overwhelming to think about replacing your entire wardrobe so I wanted to start small☺️
