IPOB global family governance shall provide two leadership positions;

1. The Directorate Of State

2. The Igwebuike Assembly.

These are the core leadership positions contained in the new IPOB constitution. Pending when the Igwebuike Assembly shall be constituted, the DOS is in charge of every aspect of IPOB. The three main offices of the DOS are the HDOS, The Deputy Head and the Secretariat headed by a secretary

The name still conjures up images of emaciated children, close to death, starved as a result of the blockade imposed by the Nigerian Federal Government to defeat the secession of the country's Eastern Region. I was there, and the images do not fade.

The Department of State Services on Thursday arraigned one of its retired officers, Nwaogu Ihechimere Ezeakolam, before the Federal High Court in Abuja on a four-count charge bordering on alleged terrorism-related offences and cybercrime.

The prosecution told the court, presided over by Justice Muhammed Umar, that Ezeakolam’s alleged actions contravened Sections 13, 25 and 26 of the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022.

After the charges were read, the defendant pleaded “not guilty” to all four counts.

Following his plea, counsel for the DSS requested that the matter be fixed for trial and urged the court to remand the defendant pending the determination of the case.

Hear how the Nigerian military is forcibly relocating Fulani herdsmen into local communities in Benue state .
Yelewata, in Benue state, is gradually being surrendered to Fulani Islamists.Reports indicate that for approximately a week, groups of Fulani Islamists, accompanied by large herds of cattle, have allegedly been escorted into Yelewata communities by security officials to establish residence.

These Fulani jihadists came with their families, including babies, and set up tents on land owned by the native people of Yelewata and nearby areas.Remember that the Yelewate indigenes were killed in large numbers by these same Fulani Islamist terrorists, and the victims continue to endure hardships in IDP camps in Daudu and Makurdi till date .

Biafrans must always be on high alert as this is how they Fulani herdsmen are being guided into many communities by Nigerian security agents . We must be on alert .

Top government officials are listed among the 23 witnesses for the defence in the treason trial of Nigerian separatist leader Nnamdi Kanu. Lawyers for the detained Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) founder reportedly intend to call Minister of Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike, Minister of Works David Umahi, as well as the former defence minister, ex-chief of army staff and several governors to the stand. The IPOB leader Kanu is expected to open his defense on Friday. Kanu has been in detention since his arrest outside of Nigeria in 2021. IPOB has been fighting to restore the former partially recognized Republic of Biafra that existed in 1967-1970.

BREAKING NEWS!!!

ANOTHER LANDMARK VICTORY FOR STEPHEN EGWUATU WHO WAS ARRESTED, BRUTALIZED AND ILLEGALLY DETAINED ON AN ALLEGATION OF BEING AN IPOB MEMBER.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu judicial Division has just delivered a landmark judgment in Appeal No. CA/E/2023: STATE SECURITY SERVICE VS. STEPHEN EGWUATU, filed by the State Security Service (SSS) to challenge the decision of the Enugu State High Court in Suit No. E/37/2022. The High Court had, on 4th July, 2023, declared the arrest and detention of Mr. Stephen Egwuatu unlawful, describing it as a vicious violation of his fundamental rights.

It is pertinent to note that Stephen was only 12years at the time of his arrest and detention. Although he was arrested on the 8th November, 2021 and released on 11th November, 2021; the court strongly condemned the actions of the SSS, in the unlawful arrest and detention of an innocent minor, and consequently awarded a cost of 5 million naira against the SSS.
The SSS, however, through the Enugu State Ministry of Justice, appealed against the said judgment.

In a unanimous Judgment delivered today, 27th March, 2025, the Court of Appeal, Enugu Division, dismissed the appeal as unmeritorious. My Lord the Hon. Justice Abdul-Azeez Waziri (JCA), who read the lead judgment, upheld the Judgment of the High Court and reaffirmed the punitive cost awarded against the SSS.

We give all glory and adoration to God Almighty for this resounding victory. Justice has once again prevailed. The enforcement of this judgment will be pursued to its fullest extent.
