He formed all the delicate, inner parts of our bodies. He made us grow inside our mothers before we were born.

His thoughts and plans for us are plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give us a future and a hope.
Therefore, we will not fear when we pass through the waters and fire, for the Lord, our God, will be with us - He is our Saviour.

We will learn to leave all our cares and anxieties at the feet of Christ, and measureless grace will strengthen us.

Therefore, we shall honour God's holy instructions and life will go well for us.
We shall fill our thoughts with His words until they penetrate deep into our spirit,

for they will impart true life and radiant health into the very core of our being.
Then, there will be a (flow of) greater release of God's grace, love and total well-being into our lives from God our Father and from our Lord Jesus Christ.

it is still better than any father on earth gives to his child.
Hence, our Father will always show us love by His gracious and constant care.

Therefore, when the Lord God speaks to us,

we shall not take His word lightly and we shall never be upset when He corrects us.
For the Father's discipline comes only from His passionate love and pleasure for us - those whom the Lord loves He corrects.
Thus, even when it seems like His correction is harsh,

We will sing our highest praise to the Most High God, for He will make everything right in the end.

Therefore, before we do anything, we shall put our trust totally in God and not in ourselves;

We will put God in charge of our work and respond to His will and guidance, then every plan we make will succeed.
Thus, we will thank the Lord because He does what is right;

Therefore, we shall bow low in God's awesome presence, for He will eventually exalt us as we leave the timing in His hands,

And our reward will be: prosperity, happiness and well-being.
We will fear (respect) the Lord and obey His commands; We will follow His ways, for this is everyone's duty,

God is our protection and strength - mighty and impenetrable.
He is such a safe and powerful place to find refuge; He is a proven help in time of trouble - more than enough and always available whenever we need Him.

Let nations run to Him, for He is our safe place, And our mighty God will keep His people safe - Our God and Hero will wrap Himself around us to protect us; He will keep us safe out of reach from the wicked.
