@AnxiousHolly Right now, I think 256 GB is ideal for most people. 🤷♂️
But if they DO up the base storage, they should increment it by another 128 GB, instead of a whole 256 GB.
So, the next standard base storage amount would be 384 GB.
@okik9w7@XFreeze Yes, I agree that AI’s net effect on coding is positive. As you rightly said, people who don’t even know coding can now build their own apps and websites.
I was simply trying to point out that AI won’t replace expert coders any time soon. 🤷♂️
@elonmusk Indeed, solar energy’s abundance makes it great to power entire cities and countries.
However, density can be an issue in some cases. For example, I doubt we will power large future spaceships using electricity from solar energy. Nuclear would be better suited for that. 🤷♂️
@priyaee That may be so, but the current Federal minimum wage is much lower than it was in 1975.
Back then, it was $2.10/hour, which translates to roughly $13/hour in 2026 dollars.
Currently, it’s $7.25/hour. Not to mention that it hasn’t been raised since 2009. 🤷♂️
@ApplesClubs There were big changes between iPhone 4s and 12:
> TouchID
> FaceID
> 64-bit architecture
> Waterproof build
> OLED display
It seems that things slowed down after iPhone 12. Even then, iPhone 17 shows that notable progress has been made in the years AFTER iPhone 12.
