@zomatocare Dear @zomato@zomatoin@zomatocare , is your customer grievance system as bad as the product delivered product? bcz its been more than 24 hours and someone from zomato was supposed to contact me yet no-one did. I was waiting for a call to resolve this issue and give my money back

1stly, They gave me WRONG PRODUCTS which was NOT EVEN 50% QUANTITY of what was ordered as you can see in images. & @zomatoin is now refusing to give refunds.
@zomato@zomatoin I had ORDERED ice cream on zomato from @HavmorIceCreams (Hauz khas). What was DELIVERED was NOT even 50% QUANTITY of what was ORDERED as u can see in Images. And @zomatoin refused to refund my money even after such PATHETIC SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE.
@zomatocare You can call me anytime between 1pm-6pm, only if you think that I was cheated by the restaurant and can think about giving back my money with respect.

Please help, please Their location is Bhajanpura. They are not able to find bed in any hospital, not even an ambulance
