@RealSIFF condemns Supreme Court of India right now, not because it's stands with contemnor, but because Supreme Court never bothered about serious acts of Contempt in Child Custody disputes by mothers.

The regular stand of all courts in India is to refuse to entertain contempt petitions in Child Custody cases.

This puts NRIs in a very difficult situation. Knowing very well that a woman may not respect a shared parenting order, this NRI may have decided not to send the child back to India.

There are at least 20,000 such foreign citizen children, who are kidnapped to India by mothers with having no access to NRI fathers.
