@Swiggy The state of Swiggy support is so bad. I ordered something and received the order with part of the order missing. Complained and received this AI response. What am I supposed to do in this 6-8 hours? Wait for the food to magically appear out of thin air?
@Swiggy Then I get another email today telling that refund cannot be issued in this instance. Well I am not worried about this instance, because this was a small order. But I do order many things from Instamart as well. What if some valuable item is missing whom should I reach?

@MobiKwik Mobikwik support gives a generic answer when I raise a ticket, they don't check any failed transactions or transactions with no id. My bank shows payment is successful but the money never reflected in MobiKwik and bill payment never happened. Please provide a refund of the amount
@MobiKwik I was paying a credit card bill on MobiKwik and chose upi to pay from a different upi app. The money was deducted, but transaction failed in MobiKwik. There is no record of this on the app and I am not able to raise any complaint for it. There is no human support. Still no refund

@zomatocare Btw the order was placed at 7:25 PM IST and it was delivered at 8:57 PM. That too the delivery guy could not find my house (which literally every other courier person and delivery person can find). I had to walk to his location to get the order.

@zomatocare There are dark patterns used, like your app auto deducted delivery partner tip which I did last time as a person delivered in heavy rain. But why should I tip this delivery service? Instead you should pay us back for the pathetic service your partners are doing.
@zomatocare A delivery from a restaurant 3 km away took 1 and half hours which I myself can go and come back in 20 mins. There is no support, your bogus AI replied there will be some 100 rs refund which is nowhere to be found. This is not the first time such issue happened. Not using again.
@AirIndiaX@joysenguptaTOI Then a person came and informed the gate is changed to 7. We went there and saw there was indigo staff again. It was almost departure time and then again a person came and said the gate is 6. Where we had to wait another 1 hour as the flight was delayed.
@AirIndiaX@joysenguptaTOI This could have been avoided if there was proper communication between the Airlines. Looks like Air India Express at HYD was not aware of the delay at PNQ. There were 3 gate changes at PNQ airport. Initially the boards were showing gate 8 where there was indigo staff.
@AirIndiaX The next connecting flight IX 2885 was scheduled to depart at 7:10 from HYD. But we reached the Airport at 7:15. Hence that flight was already gone. All 6 of us had to speak with the Air India management and after a long wait they have arranged for an indigo flight
@AirIndiaX I am traveling on an Air India Express flight from Pune to Visakhapatnam and we had a connecting flight at Hyderabad.
The Pune flight was delayed by 1.5 hrs and upon arrival at HYD, the flight to Visakhapatnam was already left. Airlines is not helping us and we are stranded.
