@manojsinhabjp @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India My problem has not been solved yet. Paying the bill for 4 years and get the service for 2 years. This is the kind of service BSNL provides to its customers. The landlines are under fault again from past 3 months.

@BSNLCorporate @manojsinhabjp 6 months ago, I was stuck with the same problem. After tweeting my issue was solved within 7 days. Now it’s been 15 days all my landlines are not working and I have lodged too many complaints but all of them are left unattended. Please resolve this.

@BSNLCorporate respective phone numbers are shut past 2 months and working inappropriately since 1 year, no reply from customer care in bhiwandi and kalyan, and I’ve 100 papers showing my complains sent to every branch. Please resolve as soon as possible
