@ToshibaTV_India been almost a month now since I reported issue with Hotstar, Netflix, and Prime video not working on the TV. There have already been two technician checkups, but they were not able to fix .Worst service. If the apps are not supported, then don't advertise them.

@ToshibaTV_India Now, Flipkart is telling me that they are not accepting a denial letter after 7 days. Please talk to Toshiba. This is going in a loop now. Toshiba is using fake certifications for OTT apps and scamming people. I request Toshiba to please replace the TV unit.

@ToshibaTV_India Upon connecting with Flipkart, they asked for a denial letter from Toshiba stating that the TV is not working after flashing the software, to proceed with the TV replacement. Please provide the letter as soon as possible.

@ToshibaTV_India There was a second technical checkup done today, during which they attempted to flash the system firmware, but the issue still persists. I requested a new TV unit, and they advised me to contact Flipkart about this.

I've sent them multiple emails, but they haven't responded to a single one.
