@BrittMalka The trouble with addressing subscribers individually is that you need an e-mail responder to address each person automatically else be good with mail merge.
Yes and if you do not reply to me, I unsubscribe as a subscriber. Oh another point I would want to add is that if you are asked a question, at least write a reply that is spell checked. I have met some people who do not do that.
Mistake #11: Not replying to emails
You're writing to people.
Not cash cows.
People react.
It's your job to care for them, help them, and serve them.
Reply to their emails.
Mistake #13: RE'ing when not replying
Confusing at best
Illegal at worst
Don't start your subject line with RE unless you're really replying to a person.
It's bad.
It's trying to fool your subscribers into reading an email.
Don't.
Mistake #14: Using @£t€®₦@tive letters
Trying to avoid spam triggers
Not by avoiding the words
But by using alternative letters
The emails are now annoying.
And hard to read.
@BrittMalka I should probably choose the story but the logical part of my brain says a product description otherwise your audience does not know what it is going to buy.
