Been at @HospitalsApollo for the last 3 days and what a frustrating factory. Having run ops a decade back for @Uber_India, drivers are better than the medical staff - be it nurses or doctors. I have been to Tier-2/3 cities for election campaigns, felt similar apathy

In the age of quick commerce and home delivery of services. They take ages to bring meals, medicines and even timely support staff. A patient had to wait 20min at 1am to go the washroom - my foot! Super specialty is a farce - this is not even a functional hospital

Why isn't the powerful BCCI, which contributes the most revenues to ICC pushing forth a proposal to ban terror sponsor Pak?
