@MumbaiPolice @rpomumbai I applied for passport reissue on 21 July. File no. BO1075430180025. Submitted all docs by 3 Aug in Borivali station. Status shows "Police Verification has been initiated" since 40 days.
Can you pls help? I visited Borivali station but getting no update

Today status "Pending for physical police verification at Borivali Station". I dont understand why its taking 45 days when there is no issue in documents.

It's been 3 days @airtelindia since our internet service has been down (ticket: 10125562790) due to "wire cut because of kite flying". There is no response from your appointed "technician" after multiple calls!
How is your service reliable especially in work from home scenario?

@SimranChamaria @rpomumbai @DrSJaishankar We have been visiting police station every week for the past month only to hear replies like "ho jayega". After staying in the same city for 23 years, reissue of passport just for change in surname/address is taking months. This is really sad.
