@mdsirajofficial I was travelling on the same flight with 4 elderly passengers. We were the last one to allot the accommodation. We understand that technical issues happen and safety always comes first.

A journey from Dibrugarh → Guwahati → Hyderabad turned into more than 24-hour struggle, with medical passengersonboard and terrible hotel accommodation. Thread below. @TataCompanies@MoCA_GoI@DGCAIndia
The hotel conditions were unacceptable and unsafe, especially for medical passengers:
• Unhygienic rooms
• No proper bedding or cleanliness
• No food service (even on payment basis)
How is this considered “accommodation support”?
At 11:30 PM, suddenly they announced that the flight was cancelled.
We were told we could take the next-day flight and would be given hotel accommodation.
Even after agreeing, we waited till 1:00 AM to get hotel allocation.
After 10:40 PM passed, we were given one sandwich and a fruit box and told to “remain patient.”
We were traveling with 4 medical passengers who had hospital appointments the next morning, yet no support, priority handling, or basic medical consideration was provided.
We were told to wait in the aircraft for 5 minutes.
We ended up waiting 45+ minutes inside with no clarity, then were asked to deboard.
The flight was rescheduled for 10:40 PM, but there was no proper communication from staff.
First flight from Dibrugarh (2:50 PM) landed at Guwahati smoothly. Our connecting flight to Hyderabad was at 7:25 PM. We boarded on time, took off, and then the aircraft reported a “minor technical issue” and was rerouted back to Guwahati. We landed again around 8:20 PM.
We grew up with his voice, in school halls, at heartbreaks, in midnight addas, and in the quiet of our deepest talks.
