@RihardJarc What do you think was the trigger for +16% surge? Most of the things management said has been there for some quarters now including Azure growth. Can the 16% move be more due to CapEx not increasing and positive FCF guide for FY27? Or a long due re-rating?
@RihardJarc@dwarkesh_sp Jensen’s usual confidence seems to be trending down. Something I noticed in past earnings calls — he said, “You know, the benefits that AI produces for the world ultimately ‘has to’ generate revenues.” Maybe I’m reading too much, but I’d have expected him to say “will generate”.
$AMD and $META just announced a strategic partnership to deploy 6GW of $AMD GPUs.
Some people still don't get it when they were cheering about the $NVDA- $META partnership expansion last week, claiming that this shows that $NVDA is the only compute option.
No AI research lab wants to be exclusive to $NVDA, no one, because the risk is just too high.
Every research lab is expanding its compute stack to include $NVDA, $AMD, as well as ASICs such as TPU and Tranium. No one wants to be locked into one vendor and the $NVDA 75% tax.
The real power in the supply chain has shifted to fabs, advanced packaging, and the memory providers.
Ilya Sutskever just said that when it comes to AI models, we are back at the age of research & ending the age of scaling.
What he is telling us is that more compute at this point won't help us get much better models; we need new breakthroughs.
Not something that the semi companies like $NVDA, $AMD want to hear TBH.
@sheershj Salesforce is well placed to benefit from Agentic AI. They have already built the product but demand is not catching up as customers are not confident to invest in AI products due to its nascent stage at this point or risk of obsolescence.
@oguzerkan Agreed that retail and other businesses have been improving for a while, international retail also turned op profit positive in FY24. But what if more value can be unlocked if cloud business is divested because retail is eating up cloud’s profitability on consolidated level.
@oguzerkan If AMZN & MSFT both control 40% in future, they would effectively be earning the same from just this one market. So why go for AMZN at 51x vs MSFT at 33x. Plus, AMZN on average has generated ~85% of op profit from AWS vs just ~13% of total revenue, too much concentration.
I'm so much disappointed in OnePlus, a brand which was I thought was something better among others. I never imagined that anybody would've have to go through this much trouble and regret after buying a product. @OnePlus_IN@oneplus@getpeid@PeteLau@Vikas_AGL
I'm writing this with utter disappointment and despair in OnePlus customer service. I requested installation of OnePlus TV on 8th November ( Ticket ID-201109-001571)via customer support. It has been 16 days but haven't recieved any date for installation.
Facebook -Received no reply.
This is my last hope of getting my issue resolved. I'm so tired of this, now I don't even want the TV, it would be great if company can take it back. I literally have felt as if I was being harassed as a customer.
