4 decades the EU has been in appeasing modus "to bring Russia closer" to them. Russia did indeed get much closer: invasion of Ukraine. Having learned nothing (hear hear) the EU is now appeasing Serbia to "bring them closer to EU" by making multi-billion deals & weaponising them.
