@fnp_ind - I ordered a cake yesterday and the delivery time is given as from 10 am to 9 pm. I requested for early delivery but that got rejected. If the cake is made to an order and early delivery is not possible, why mislead customers by saying 10 am to 9 pm.

Adding to it, your store also provides false status updates. I got a message saying it got dispatched through dunzo, and then delivery attempted. When I called the executive said, the delivery is delayed due to traffic

@Wooden_street I have placed an order for a bed on 5th June. It has been 40 days and the order is still being processed. A carpenter would have made the bed in 3 days and I don't understand why it takes so long. This is a very bad experience
