We are here with no fan in peak heat and afternoon since 4 hours now.

I want to know who is taking action and what kind of action is being taken since 4 hours.

When you are late to pay bill, your electricity gets cut off but when there is power outage during peak working hours, company doesn't take an iota of responsibility or compensate customer.

Speed of 5G Airtel.

What a pathetic service. They tell you to DM and then a standard response later, no resolution. I had to use JIO to tweet.

I am complaining to Department of Telecommunication right after this tweet. I am so done.

My parents had a health insurance for which they paid close to 40k last year (including 18% GST). My dad was already 60 when we renewed the policy in Oct '24.

After government's (IRDAI) policy in Jan 2025, the insurance increase for people who are 60 and above is capped at 10%. For any further increase, it has to be preapproved. Pls justify your increase and why the premium is being increased every week still?

Now, this year the premium has increased to first 91k (for 2 years) and now yesterday it increased to 94k+, which is close to 40% increase on premium.

Why is there is no option to disconnect wifi from Airtel thanks app? I want to permanently disconnect my wifi and i had raised a request some days ago. The wifi is still active. Pls deactivate it and stop looting me unnecessary amount.

@Airtel_Presence I have shared all details but there is no reply. Pls just disconnect my old wifi. What kind of extortion is this that you need a proper reason for disconnection. I fear why did I opt for a 300 mbps plan from Airtel. I should have chosen @reliancejio
