I paid a credit card bill via my debit card and the amount was successfully debited from while Cred mentions this payment as failed.

Their support team is useless and they keep resolving the ticket without a solution or my consent @kunalb11

@Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Pathetic services provided by Airtel. They have taken a 6 month advance yesterday for Wifi Installation and no one is showing up for the installation. They are even refusing for the refund.

@airtelindia Absolutely useless company. Their team is not able to activate the wifi now after 48 hours of installation. And their customer service team keeps on telling me lies that the service would be activated in 15 minutes whenever I speak to them. @airtelindia
