Very disappointing experience with @abcapital. Requested loan foreclosure weeks ago, submitted all documents, yet only delays, closed complaints without resolution, and risk of another EMI debit due to their inaction. Completely unacceptable customer handling.

@abcapital This is in reference to 21729151, which mentions on 22nd Apr. 26 1416 hrs. that, "Your case will be resolved in 7 working days", and on the same day at 1732 hrs. mentions, "Case no 21729151  is closed" ..

This is BAD and very customer unfriendly..
