This is the condition of all major resturant,clubs & cafes of lucknow, they forcefully add service charges. Today I visited vintclub lko & when bill arrived i asked for removing service charge and the manager threatened me and also started using casual lang

after I said that i'll report this to police, he was so relaxed & said "abhi Tum jante nhi yeh kiska hai", the city is in the state of lawlessness or some mafia raj, where the manager of a random club doesn't care about police. Why there is no mass action on this ?

Same incident happend with me few weeks back,I saw a man beating his wife near KKC & left her on road,unconscious,I tried to call 112 & got no response, Y is it happening? See the confidence in this person, he's so fearless of police. PLEASE TAKE ACTION. More proofs available
