Why there is delay in sending PC and CMM to the respective college, it been almost 2 months we have applied for PC and CMM

As Osmania University of TS is foll. The AICTE rules but Y Only JNTUH opposing it
Students are eligible to get degree as per AICTE of 150-160

We wrote 3 sems in 1 yr & online classes were never taught properly. If exams are conducted in the month of Dec,we still don't have any hope that JNTU will pass us. By the time results come it will be Feb.1yr gone #jntuhsubjectexemption (2/2)

Faced many problems in COVID and No proper Classes so Provide subject exemption for us it even too late we are loosing our jobs due to delay in decision even one day matters.u

As per AICTE rules a student can hold a degree ranges from 150-160 but JNTUH is opposing for students
Then Why the rules by AICTE if the universities are not foll.

We forced to write 3 sems in a year
As per jntuh By ofline mode the credits will be accounted to every student but we had online classes and faced many problems
