Kotesh Adepu a sales man from eureka forbes used a cunny business strategy to sell it to us by using business tactics like the product has 30 days return period and we can return if we have issues. When we call back he picked up once and realised that we want to return.

When I call @EurekaForbes vacuum cleaner support they register complaint but they do not take action at all. They simply say a representative visits my house to take back and start refund process. But no one responds. There is no better system to track our complaint.
