Support is defending this but I was never shown this fare. Is this how we’re doing business now—charging whatever you want when ride is done? I want my refund and an actual explanation, not scripted lies.

@indane_gas @wb_IndianOil I was trying to get ekyc done for my mom in WB whose indane connection was transferred to another state. When I visited them they are asking for Rs 1189 to perform ekyc without which gas refill booking is impossible. Pls help and clear the issue.

@jagograhakjago @dominos_india @dominos hey why don't you shut your shop if you are not able to cater to the customer and the orders. Atleast they will not be fooled by the pathetic and antagonizing situation which they have to face. Such big poster are useless with this class of services.

@dominos @dominos_india Hey I am really pissed off with the quality of your order handling to end customer. Yesterday your order arrived 1 hr 15 mins. Today it's already 1 hr 20 mins and still showing it getting prepared. You customer care says one" order will be delivered asap".

@jagograhakjago This agency takes order from customers, customer pay and at the time of order he is shown it will delivered in next 30 mins. After 1 hr & 30 mins you call them and they inform that your order will be delivered asap. Now the customer is stuck for 90 mins. Pathetic

@FI_InvestIndia When was the last time you checked with the clients who are supposed to provide the relevant data for filling. They keep lingering and at the end the CAs face the challenges. Smart line from them " the ball is now in CA court" 2 days before deadline.
