Inside TCS, a Systematic Conversion Cartel Targeted Hindu Women - Victims Speak Out

Friends, family, and fellow Indians… what I’m about to share is not some distant news headline. This is a chilling, detailed account straight from the police complaints of nine brave Hindu women who worked at TCS Nashik. What they have described points to an organized “conversion gang” operating right inside one of India’s largest multinational corporations.

The accused named in the case are Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shah Rukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, and Tausif Attar. Supporting them in the alleged operations were others like Danish Sheikh and Nida Khan. According to the victims, these men had formed dedicated WhatsApp groups where they would regularly share intelligence: which Hindu woman in the office was facing personal problems - a bad marriage, no children, emotional distress, anything that could be exploited. Once a target was identified, the men would move in with calculated precision - manipulation, false promises of a better life, emotional grooming - all designed to make the woman leave her Hindu identity behind and convert to Islam, often culminating in pressure for nikah.

The victims say this entire pattern is not random. It is rooted in centuries of deeply embedded hatred toward Hindus, the dangerous superstition that “bringing iman to kaafirs” will book a special seat in Jannat complete with hoors, and the aggressive preaching of sexual perversion by certain mullahs. It succeeds, they believe, because so many of us have been cut off from our own Vedic wisdom and cultural roots. That civilizational weakening creates the perfect environment for weak laws and even weaker enforcement.

Let me share what these nine women told the police, in their own heartbreaking words:

One woman was publicly grabbed by Danish Shaikh right in the office lobby in front of everyone, humiliating her completely. Later he lured her into a physical relationship and began pressuring her to convert for nikah. Nida Khan allegedly helped him set up the entire trap.

Another victim was abused and subjected to vulgar comments about her marriage by Raza and Shahrukh. They even attempted to molest her. When she complained to senior management, she received zero support.

Shafi Sheikh would stare directly at one woman’s breasts and smile awkwardly. He would openly comment on her marriage and her supposed inability to have children, then shamelessly suggest she sleep with him to “have a baby.”

Tousif would stare at another woman’s chest, point at her private parts, make crude and shameless comments, and abuse Hindu deities right in front of her.

Tausif, Danish, and Shahrukh together abused one woman, forced her to offer namaz, and made her eat non-vegetarian food against her wishes.

Asif and Shafi touched one woman’s chest and thighs while abusing Hindu deities in her presence.

Tausif and others followed another woman outside the office premises, tried to touch her, abused her, and hurled vulgar comments at her.

Raza and Shafi touched one woman inappropriately. Raza even proposed to her against her will and tried to force her into a relationship.

Shafi made obscene comments about another woman’s body. The group would openly discuss her private life in the office. Raza and Tausif would talk about her personal matters, touch her, and make vulgar remarks about her body.

These nine women had the immense courage to come forward and record their statements. But the bigger question that haunts me - and should haunt everyone of us - is this: Were they really the only targets? In an organized cartel like this, how many more women suffered in silence, too scared or too broken to speak?

The good news is that an SIT (Special Investigation Team) has finally been formed to investigate this matter thoroughly.

This is not just about one office or one city. This is about protecting our daughters, sisters, and wives in the workplaces we trust. This is about recognising that cultural disconnection makes us vulnerable. This is about demanding real justice, stronger laws, and zero tolerance for such targeted harassment and conversion tactics.

Overall, this reflects Bharat's maturing approach to global economic uncertainties — maintaining robust forex buffers while quietly reducing vulnerabilities tied to any single power. It's a classic case of strategic hedging in an era of fragmented geopolitics and trade weaponization.

👉Advantages of diversifying away from heavy reliance on US dollar-denominated assets like Treasuries:

1. Gold is increasingly favored as a non-dollar, politically neutral safe-haven asset that:

-Protects against inflation and currency volatility (especially if the dollar weakens).

-Guards against geopolitical and sanctions risks — Treasuries are fully under US control and could theoretically be restricted or frozen in extreme scenarios (as seen with Russia in 2022).

-Offers better long-term hedging amid rising US fiscal pressures, high bond yields, and potential valuation losses on Treasuries.

2. Weakening USD, the most powerful tool in hands of America. Don't be surprised if Bharat is followed 1st by Japan & then by China in following due course.

In the forest of Coexistence-pura, rabbits and the wolves lived peacefully, at least according to the rabbits who kept repeating the word until they believed it.

This upset the Wise Rabbits Council, the self-appointed intellectual class of rabbits who believed it was their sacred responsibility to manage everyone’s morality. They rushed back to Coexistence-pura, heads bowed, seeking permission to speak.

They explained that the Pardesi wolves were to blame for everything, and mentioning what happened to rabbits would hurt the image of the desi wolves who watched quietly. They asked how the rabbits could be so insensitive, so ungrateful, so inconsiderate of the desi wolves’ reputation.

The Wise Rabbits apologised for the pain their class inflicted on the wolves by complaining when they were eaten, and returned to inform the rest:

Mid-day meals are being served to children on raddi-newspaper and in filthy conditions in Sheopur, MP.

Just search “mid-day meal scam” on Google and you’ll find hundreds of cases across the country. Money meant to feed children is being looted openly. There is no conscience, no integrity, no basic humanity left in the system.

Whatever money is allotted to the mid-day meal scheme, I'm sure 90% is embezzled by everyone, top to bottom. Some places don’t serve the food, some don't serve enough food. Some serve rotten, low-grade garbage in the name of meals. Fake student lists are made so that extra grain and funds can be stolen. Fake bills. Fake procurement. Theft of rations. Everything is for sale.

Pushing E20 without first phasing out non-compliant vehicles was rash and unethical. But since politicians only respond to electoral arithmetic, here’s why this is a blunder purely in electoral terms.

As of 2022, India has 21 crore registered two-wheelers that are not E20 compliant. That’s essentially 21 crore families. They’ve already started facing trouble, and the issues will only grow. People aren’t clueless, they’re reading up, petrol pump staff and mechanics are warning them. This won’t end well.

Someone close to the PM needs to spell this out. Nitin Gadkari will still win Nagpur easily, but the PM has to win the whole country in 2029. If two-wheeler owners turn resentful, it’s not going to help him.

The sensible move is to pause E20 until the overwhelming majority of non-compliant vehicles are phased out.

Jageshwar Prasad Awadhiya, 83.

In 1986, he was accused of taking a bribe of 100 rupees while working as a bill assistant in MP Roadways. He always maintained his innocence.

After 39 years of legal battle, the Chhattisgarh High Court acquitted him. He is free now, but is this justice when the process itself became harsher than the charge?

He was suspended from 1988 to 1994, then transferred. He worked on half salary, with no promotions or increments. His children’s education suffered; his wife, under constant stress, passed away. “I was known for honesty… but everything was destroyed,” he says. Even after retirement, he was denied pension. To survive, he worked as a school guard and did odd jobs. Court hearings consumed both his youth and old age.

Now, he says he has no strength to fight another case against the state govt for his pending dues and pensions. He only requests some money to repair his house.

This is the same country where a Chief Justice left a Bharatanatyam performance multiple times to ensure a bench is urgently formed for Teesta Setalvad’s bail hearing, and where the court opened at night to save a terrorist from the noose.
