No! 🙄 That broom made with the dried fronds of coconut palms is used exclusively by eateries to keep the tava clean whilst making dosae. On second thoughts, it should perhaps 🤔 also be used also to sweep 🧹 some of these headline writers away. No?
I talked to a super smart 20 year old this week.
All the potential in the world, but had a major major flaw in his thinking.
This flaw is becoming the most common mistake I am seeing young people make early in their career.
Let's break it down:
Sam Zell: "One day I picked up Forbes magazine that told me I was worth a billion dollars, but I was scared to death about making payroll on Friday. So if you ask me what the single lesson I learned was, liquidity equals value. You have no value if you have no liquidity."
When a stock price doubles, you look at it in different ways.
If it was nothing more than a trade, you must be careful to take your profits.
If it is going to be long, structural story, you must be careful not to sell it early.
There is no single way to decide. Merits prevail.
