@united stuck at Newark. Infinite delays that lead to cancellations in the middle of the night. NO available rebookings through the app. Customer Service is impossible to get to. I need to be in Seattle tomorrow, can ANYONE help?

@Verizon UPD: Spoke to someone on the phone, they said that there is indeed an outage in the area and that engineering is en route to fix it. Currently has a standard 8 hour window for it to get fixed. Hopefully is sooner.

@Verizon Fios has been down for me all morning in 11201 - chat support hasn't been helpful. Phone support is unavailable for 1 hour+. Your status page says no outage in my area. WFH is impossible
