@HavellsCare360 @havellsindia Paid ₹10,800 for a 2-year Havells AMC, but when I requested a filter replacement, I was told filters aren’t available because I bought the AMC online. Customer care couldn’t provide a replacement timeline either. Regretting this purchase. #Havells

@EurekaForbes @pratikpota @jagograhakjago it’s day 31 still the order is not delivered I have contacted more then 100times in call and email to cancel the order and issue the refund. They only tell it is escalated but no resolution from 31days. I just need my money back.

@samir_1617 @EurekaForbes @pratikpota @jagograhakjago I agree with u it’s day 32 still the order is not delivered I called 30times emailed 50 times to cancel the order and issue the refund still there is no response from company. They only send automated message
