Last night we got on a call with a few of our Plus users and gave them a behind the scenes look at what we’re building next around our AI experience at @takeUforward_ Not to hype it up but we wanted unfiltered feedback so we can shape it around what users actually want.
After experience, I’ve realized that respect costs nothing. Customer support teams work day and night on problems often beyond their control. A few harsh words can ruin someone’s day, while patience and kindness can make a real difference. They deserve understanding, not anger.

What a journey it’s been. I joined thinking I’d be a regular Discord admin but it turned into so much more.
Over time, I’ve learned to:
– talk to people
– handle customers
– calm situations
– manage large groups (still learning)
