When taxpayers delay, you charge interest and penalties. So what penalty applies when YOU delay refunds for months, and people are forced to wait endlessly for their own money?

@PratibhaGoyal I want to make a correction ma'am! Not only your 80% of your clients waiting for their ITR claim to be processed, but I believe 70% of taxpayers are waiting for their ITR claim to be processed.
