After the shiny new benefits, it is time to delve into the terms and conditions.

1⃣ Multiple tiers and benefits are defined accordingly

Premier customers (qualified) - TRV of Rs 40L
Premier customers (others) - Salary or mortgage route

2⃣ "Qualified" customers get more benefits

Benefits like airport transfers, Meet & Greet, EazyDiner, etc, are reserved for qualified Premier customers only.

As shared yesterday, even golf has benefits based on tiers

3⃣ Benefits activation delay

Qualified Premier has a 45-day wait; the salary route has a lag of up to 3 weeks after the next month, so benefits aren’t instant.
