@HPSupport ₹40,000 for a motherboard replacement after only 2 years of normal use is hard to justify. Customers purchase HP Omen laptops expecting reliability and durability. I hope HP takes this issue seriously and considers goodwill support for affected customers.@OMENbyHP @HPSupport

@HPSupport Disappointed that my HP Omen 16 suffered a confirmed motherboard failure after only 2 years of normal use. A premium laptop should not experience such a major hardware failure this early. Requesting HP to review my case and provide support. #HPOmen #HPSupport
