as someone who grew up in lower-ish middle class bhubaneswar, dining outside wasnt that regular of an occurence. I still remember there used to be a spot called RMH where we went to once and got stunned because a paneer dish costed ₹300. It then became a bit of an incentive that my dad used to offer to take me to if i topped my class.

have come a long way since then , from being wary of ₹300 paneer dish - to now having dined at multiple 3 star michelin joints and having to rarely look at the right side of the menu.

all because of their efforts <3
