एक मुस्लिम महिला ने एक हिंदू लड़की का नहाते हुए वीडियो चुपके से रिकॉर्ड किया और कथित तौर पर उसे अनस खान नाम के एक व्यक्ति के साथ शेयर किया। उस व्यक्ति पर आरोप है कि उसने उस वीडियो का इस्तेमाल करके लड़की को ब्लैकमेल किया, ₹35,000 की मांग की, उसे एक होटल ले गया और उस पर धर्म बदलने का दबाव बनाने की कोशिश की, जिसमें कथित तौर पर उसे बीफ़ (गोमांस) खाने के लिए मजबूर करने की कोशिश भी शामिल थी।

बाद में लड़की ने मदद के लिए बजरंग दल के सदस्यों से संपर्क किया, जिसके बाद उन्होंने कथित तौर पर आरोपी का सामना किया और आगे की कार्रवाई से पहले उसे पकड़ लिया।
