We (FC) shan't forgive their actions and we feel it mustn't go unpunished under any circumstances, especially when it's illegal & punishable by law. We view "trimming/editing the part" as a form of tampering with evidence to escape punishment and not "acknowledgement of their mistake". Mind you, it wasn't a mistake but a crime. Racism isn't a fancy topic for people to trivialize, rather a long-standing issue that hasn't ceased to exist even after enforcement of laws against it.
