I read the t&cs before booking the exit rows seats for them. Which were the most expensive seats on that leg in that segment.

@etihad @EtihadHelp I was 90 mins on call with a supervisor Suma from the Bangalore contact center. She was courteous however didn’t help. Came up with a point that the customers seated on exit rows should be able to help others.

Wouldn’t recommend @etihad for travel for the elderly. On call with cust serv for 90 mins and read them all the t&cs. Even the help chat says tha if you paid for seats assignment and were seated in a diff class of seats, you are allowed refund. @EtihadHelp

@etihad airways is a cheat. You pay max’m amt for exit row-seats assignment and then they move you at free will to a different seat. My elderly parents, both mobile and in good physical health were travelling on a long haul flight. Please refund. @EtihadHelp

@amazonDE @amazon apparently customer service has gone out the door here. Have been trying to chase down the status of my order for days now and no clear answer. Worst experience ever with @AmazonHelp. Just tired and frustrated and left confused with the mixed messages.
