Even licensed vendors are not allowed to block the entire footpath.
The Street Vendors Act, 2014, clearly states that at least 1.5m must be left clear for pedestrians.
But on-ground enforcement is zero.
People are forced to walk on the road, risking their lives, because basic civic order doesn’t exist.

@LivpureSmart we took the purifier on rent and now it has stopped working, raised several service calls, but the vendor is closing request without giving solution, machine is not working for last 5 days. Pathetic service, service provider not interested in fixing issue.

Several reminders to customer care requests to area manager, escalation departments what not, but no response . Disgusting and shameless team
