@IndiGo6E 6E-2787, more than 5 hours delay. 3 times gate change. 30 mins waiting inside the bus. This is how flyers in India are treated despite paying a premium price. Complete mismanagement by airlines and ATC. Our economy is growing but everything else is deteriorating.

@AmazonHelp Support team is good for nothing. For over 30 mins they are unable to provide the solution for an issue. As I wanted to speak to a senior person, I was told that all senior people are busy. The screenshot is a testimony of the live call for over 30 mins. Lost hope, trust.

@RailwaySeva AC of C4 stopped working.. had to travel almost 40 mins without AC while temperature outside is 42 degrees. Finally had to change the coach. Not a very pleasant experience to drag luggage inside a moving train. The trip by Tejas express is not going to be memorable.

@RailMinIndia Traveling by Vande Bharat 22896. Unfortunately my seat is Just next to the door. A foul smell is entering the coach and no official is bothered about it. Does the toilet smell a fringe benefit? Despite paying premium, the journey is not comfortable @AshwiniVaishnaw
