@marcohnke Yessir haha honestly I don't think you'll break anything if you're careful. These x3d chips have like a coat of glue or something over the capacitors. Makes it really hard to knock one off

Not a max OC yet just checking temps, but 200w, 1.27v 61c on an AIO + delided/ lapped IHS. I honestly think I should be able to save another 3-5c but I'll take it for now

@marcohnke Get some sand paper, sand down the bottom of the IHS that touches the green substrate and get a thermal grizzly sealing contact frame. You can use your AIO and stock IHS. Still do liquid metal on the die as well, but then thermal paste on the IHS like normal
