“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.”
— Joel 2:25
If you have made mistakes, if you have lived a life of sin and rejected the Lord, and rejected His ways there are consequences. Those sins have ramifications for what we do, we reap what we sow. The thing that you “plant” is what you are going to get. When we live a life of sin we’re often going to deal with those consequences. Turn to Him and He will make your life whole.
Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
— Matthew 11:28
Yeshua ⬅️burden/rest husband⬅️burden/rest wife/mother ⬅️burden/rest child.
It all comes together with prayer, together. Anxiety, and stress solves nothing, but allowing the enemy a stronghold.
@Nazir_backup That’s what I’ve kind of switched sister to since he comes when I call “sister.”
Oh goodness lol.
Hopefully he’ll live at least 20 years so I do want real name for the record.
So as it turns out Hannah, who who’s lovingly called “sister,” is a “mister,” now what to do about his name?
When we got him they told me he was a girl, and at only five months old he could still transition to a different name. Poor baby. Pictures for reference.(inc: Maccabee).
“And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.”
— Genesis 17:1-2
I just found out that our cholesterol naturally rises in the evening hours for anyone following the last post.
It’s interesting how our bodies work. That’s a good reason to keep the evenings as stress free as possible.
Stress alone can raise LDL levels in our bodies. That’s why it’s so important to have a home where you can call it your sanctuary.
Have peace, and live in the Fruit of the Spirit.
If the alternative is chosen, a cardiac event could be on the horizon. Thankful for biblical wisdom
Good Fruit Shows the Spirit Within:
“Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.”
— Matthew 7:17–18
Jesus (Yeshua) said you can tell a tree by its fruit. In the same way, those who truly belong to Him and are filled with the Holy Spirit will show it through their lives. The fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22–23) — becomes visible in how we treat others.
If someone claims to know Christ but their life is full of hate (or anger), bitterness, or pride, that’s like a tree claiming to be healthy while bearing rotten fruit. A changed heart produces changed behavior.
The good news is that anyone can become a “good tree.” When you turn from sin and put your faith in (Yeshua) Jesus — who died for your sins and rose again. He gives you His Holy Spirit. That’s when real transformation begins, from the inside out.
The road to life is narrow, but it’s open to everyone who calls on Jesus. Enter through Him today — He is the way, the truth, and the life. Call on Him today, and be truly saved.
2 Corinthians 10:4
For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds.
Ephesians 6:11
Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
