I am desperate to see more cis men understand that acknowledging they belong to the community that are perpetrating the majority of violence isn't the same thing an admission of personal guilt.
If you’re someone who gets a high out of getting a rise from other people can you explain why below? Trying to work out the new culture of no longer just anonymous adult men making a hobby out of it. But young teens now doing it too? It’s for my podcast. I’d love if you shared.
@An_AmiGuRuMi @aasterisms Privilege is subjective. I live near a major garment export hub in India. Every week, I see new cases of workers being denied pay, abused, r*ped or killed.
So from my POV, anyone living in a developed country is automatically privileged enough to take a stand. Yall can do better.
@jameelajamil I grew up on a ranch & around horses, that's the way you ride if you're bareback & without a bridle. 😂
Indigenous people rode this way long before westerners stuck a bit in the horse's mouth.
ABSOLUTELY not here for the Jennifer Garner comparison to JLo, with paparazzi pics of her working out, put right next to glamorous social media photos of JLo. It’s not the nineties. We aren’t still pitting women against women over a guy…ESP when only one of them wants him.
You destroyed $4.3 billion worth of never-before-worn clothing
You failed to fulfil a pledge to ensure your garment workers are paid a fair living wage
You produce 3 billions items per year
You can never* claim to be sustainable
All you are is self-serving & exploitative
