@ilyas_chesthair@menaceofmint I am sorry again if I hurt anyone. I just wanted to raise awareness about rape culture (wich is not in that case) maybe with words too harsh. If I offended anyone I can delete my tweets even through it lead to I think an interesting conversation about consent
@menaceofmint@ilyas_chesthair And unfortunately i know a lot of women who have been rape like this so it matter to me that subject and how we represent sex in media.
@menaceofmint@ilyas_chesthair The problem is that fiction and others like this is, are read by people who don't know consent or that kink. It can lead to rape culture. Maybe authors can put a warning before or after the tweet to explain the practice or consent or saying that they agreed about these before.
@menaceofmint@ilyas_chesthair Because unfortunately a lot of people rape their partner in their sleep because they think their partner have to be available for their desire. And marital rape is taboo. Maybe I was too rush in my first tweet but it's because a lot of media it normalise rape in that form.
@menaceofmint@ilyas_chesthair And I think this is dangerous to spread those type of fiction. Those representation of sex participated to the rape culture. That all, nothing against you or the author or kinks. I am open to debates without being condescending
@menaceofmint@ilyas_chesthair You said that consent can be withdrawn but the thing that you've done to the person before they manifesting their disagreement if they can do it can damage them. There is a lot of people who have been rape while they were sleeping by their partner.
