@paulmaggs Your support ticket should be found in your Sphere account when you visit the SUPPORT section. As this is a sales issue it can take some more time than usual at the moment but be assured you will be sorted out asap.
@MarilouBurnel Hi Marilou, please set up a new free account and submit a support request through that one. Our team will gladly sort you out. Don’t follow the advice from Jennife22372399, that’s a known scam by hackers who just scan Twitter for the words „account“ and „access“.

to respond to your request. In the meantime please try deleting your browser‘s cache and log out of your account then back in. This usually helps with most problems with regarding web data.
@axelhourdiaux@PreSonus Though some problems need a longer time to respond to because of proper testing, 4 days seems a bit long. Can you tell us your ticket number so we can investigate?
