I was going to say something negative about home side crowd participation at Homer B. Johnson, but I can’t stop thinking about what a force the @LMB_SFA Lumberjack Marching Band and the Purple Haze Association is, game after game. The @SFA_Football experience is rich.

Whatcha gonna do, brother, when the Pine Curtain closes on you????

@SFA_Football gonna be giving the big boot and leg drop on folks for the foreseeable future.

[Michael Mars @PreacherMars]

@SFA_Football took the Pine Curtain Defense to the Big Country on behalf of @SFASU and took ACU’s O to the woodshed. A few close calls, but pine has a remarkable tendency to bend and not break 😎

My daughter graduated from @SFASU and joins her mom and myself as @sfa_alumni . When she was a 7th grade volleyball player, we started the tradition of flashing the “L” when she was on the court. From the Rivercrest High School Gym to William R. Johnson Coliseum. #axeemjacks

@SFASawmill @SamVidlak7 @SFA_Football “It could have been special.” It was special, Mr. Vidlak. You’ve no idea how special this was to all of us who you represented out there week after week. Thank you for the great memories that we’ll have for years to come! Axe ‘em and God bless you!

[Michael Mars @PreacherMars]

@LumberjackFans @NCAA_FCS It was a winnable game, so the officiating was added frustration. But officiating has been an issue in every game at Homer this year, too. Officials belonged at 2A 7th grade level all year.

[Michael Mars @PreacherMars]

@LumberjackFans I’ve been waiting to see that 4th quarter energy we had for years! It changed the whole game!

[Michael Mars @PreacherMars]

Lumberjacks!!! 4th qtr energy@ Homer Bryce was unreal! The roar & fury! LMB! PHA! Lumberjacks that wouldn’t break! @SFA_Football is elevating @SFASU culture to new levels & I couldn’t be more content being @sfa_alumni & an SFA parent! @CoachCarthel u da man!

In spite of all the anti-@SFA_Athletics bias on ESPN, we loved every moment watching the Ladyjacks dominate on the court. Couldn’t be more proud to be @sfa_alumni It’s a GREAT year to be a Lumberjack!!! Thanks for a great tourney, @SFA_Volleyball Ladyjacks! Axe ‘Em 4EVR

As an @SFASU @sfa_alumni , it’s my duty to say HBD to Stephen Fuller Austin, the Father of Texas, born on this day in 1793.
